This privacy policy applies to the Pro PDF app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by DESIGNIFY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (hereby referred to as "we", "us", or "our") as a Freemium service. This means it is offered with a free, ad-supported tier and a paid, premium tier.

We are the Data Controller for the information collected through this Application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights under data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our third-party service providers (like Google, RevenueCat, Adapty) may process and store your data in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). When this happens, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, such as by relying on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as provided by these partners.

We will retain your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
